Strength and Fitness Programs

  • Olympic Weightlifting: Our Olympic weightlifting program is designed to help athletes of all levels develop strength, power, and technique through expert coaching and structured training. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, our supportive community and individualized approach ensure you reach your personal goals safely and effectively.
  • Train with Purpose. Our program runs in the late afternoon on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with a coach present to guide, challenge, and push you. We offer open gym on Saturdays as well.

  • At our gym, we prioritize your recovery just as much as your workout. Our recovery amenities include a professional-grade red-light sauna for deep muscle relaxation, state-of-the-art massage chairs to soothe sore muscles, and compression sleeves to help reduce inflammation and speed up recovery.
